Margarita Papaioannou is a Civil Engineer with many years of experience in the construction industry specialising in forensic construction programming, project advisory and dispute resolution. Margarita Papaioannou has worked extensively as part of expert teams providing advice on entitlements to extensions of time and analysis of delay, acceleration and losses of productivity on construction and manufacturing projects worldwide.
Margarita has 12 years of experience in forensic planning and dispute resolution services. She has been involved in the preparation of expert reports on delays and disruption on a number of residential, energy, road and rail projects.
