Acting as Dispute Resolver

When disputes occur on projects our experts have the skills to assist the parties in reaching a solution. Our experts are often appointed both on Dispute Adjudication Boards (DABs) and as Adjudicators and Mediators. They work on a variety of different projects from resolving disputes regarding payment terms on commercial developments to delay disputes relating to large infrastructure projects across the world.
